Who DOESN'T love R2D2? He's just so adorable, and if you spoke the beepy robot language you could totally talk smack about people and nobody would know!
You know what? I have never watched Star Wars. And that's probably a crime. But I am sort of stubborn and prideful about it, because never having seen Star Wars sets me apart from the masses. It's the same way I feel about not having pierced ears. Weird, eh? :)
@Boredom Blogger- Awesome... you should like my facebook fan page so I can admire it. ;)
@Juliet- I can understand that. I saw them when they were in the movie theater in the 70's and 80's when they came out, so I had no choice to resist. And R2 makes it all worth it. =)
Nope never seen Star Wars. But heard a lot about it and because of this I am familiar with “some of the characters”. And one another thing if I ever saw one I will be bored and yes definitely will feel sleepy in no time. (Loved your other post ‘Movie-Induced Narcolepsy’)
I also fell asleep during the only time I've ever (attempted) watching star wars and I can remember absolutely nothing of it!! but hey I was like 6!! However R2D2 just makes me laugh because we might have videoed a guy pretending to be R2D2 in our music lesson rather than doing what we were supposed to be doing ¬¬ ...so you've gotta love R2D2 just for making music lessons more enjoyable!! :D
So this has nothing to do with R2-D2 (whom I also love dearly), but everything to do with llama. Have you been to the http://llamafont.com ??? It's pretty spectacular. Well, you know, in a llama-related way.
Best thing about him- he can insult you all day long and you won't even know! *bleep!* "yes, I know, I thought I look kinda cute in this dress, too!" *...bleep...* I wish he was my boyfriend. No, hang on...
Hmmm, I do like your suggestion about said Facebook page, but on clicking the 'Cheeseblarg on Facebook' link at the bottom of the page, I got, well, not Facebook.....

ReplyDeleteExcept then you would be a robot........
ReplyDeleteOne does not have to be a thing to speak its language. N'est-ce pas?
