I... I don't drink coffee OR alcohol.
I know, start throwing crap at me now, but not literally, that is super gross.
For the record, I like coffee, it tastes hella delicious, mostly-- when heavily diluted with cream and sugar, but drinking it makes my stomach and/or intestines wage war on me.
Alcohol, on the other hand, does exactly the same thing to me but also makes me feel like I am completely drunk from the moment it touches my lips and though I have only been actually drunk one time in my life for real, a time when I threatened my friend with a knife while doing dishes because he tried to convince me to be logical when I was having a total emotional freakout, which is what brought on the drinking of Chambord and cream in the first place (see, I can't even make logical decisions of what kinds of alcohol to drink), I decided I probably didn't need to test my ability to act not completely insane while drunk, ever again.
I found out, recently, that both aversions are actually the result of a food intolerance, but that doesn't make up for the fact that not drinking coffee or alcohol really cuts down on your ability to socialize. Nobody asks people out to go get a glass of bacon (and if they did, I assure you I would be totally up for it) it's always chatting over a cup of joe, or a glass of wine, or a fifth of whiskey.
But really, if you're still reading this and haven't decided that I am so untrustworthy that you can't bear to ever read my blarg again, ask me to hang out and chat over a hot cup of bacon. I'm totally there.
Offer for social engagements of bacon consumption are subject to terms and conditions. May not be available in your area. Candy can be substituted for bacon in some situations.
THIS IS DELICIOUS!!!
ReplyDeleteCup of bacon? Yes!
ReplyDeleteI don't drink coffee or alcohol either.
But now I sure do want some bacon...
I drink alcohol very rarely, and I think coffee is gross. Too bitter for my liking. It makes my mom sad because she LOVES coffee. lol. However, I am a huge fan of tea. Chai tea lattes are a favorite.
ReplyDeleteAs for a cup of bacon...? I'd substitute the candy for the bacon I think. I like bacon, but not a whole cup of it.
I think there is a restaurant that does offer glasses of bacon as an appetizer lol.
ReplyDeleteI don't drink those things either. I hate coffee unless it's loaded with cream and sugar, and I've not had any of that kind of caffeine in more than a year. I don't drink alcohol just cause it's not my bag.
There are other breakfasty goodness treats to socialize with though!
LOL.... what about soda... can you drink that?? I'm not a bacon fan but I'd drink water or pretend even:-)
ReplyDeleteStop in and give my blog a read at The Voices Within Unleashed
What, you don't booze? I'm outta here. Freak.
ReplyDelete@upinthecosmos- Yes, I can drink soda, it's just not nearly as funny. =P
ReplyDeleteWell I think you're a RIOT! I've been reading your blog for a while but just now became a follower. (That makes up for the 6 lost, right?) And caffeine and alcohol are bad for the body anyway so... Thanks for the laughs!
ReplyDeletep.s. I take my bacon in bowls.
Mmm, bacon. You know if you have kids they can make bacon for you ;) you haven't lost this mom reader. Like I commented before, kids are a choice. Now for bacon :)
ReplyDeleteAt the moment, I think I would trade my child for a hot cup of bacon. Sounds much better than coffee, booze or dirty diapers...
ReplyDeleteNot liking bacon is a deal breaker, everything else I can live with. Except maybe beastiality. Spell check is telling me that I'm spelling that wrong, but I'm kind of scared to google a correct spelling.
ReplyDeleteI don't look down on you for your non-drinking habits, because I'm not a big fan of alcohol myself! It's fun (albeit lonely) to be a college student who is irritated by the mere thought of getting drunk, but after having to babysit drunk people, it puts a completely different perspective on things. I'll have a hot cup of bacon any day of the week. :D
ReplyDeleteHaving just wrestled a crispy rasher from the jaws of a rabid lactating feline, Im feeling the need for alcohol AND coffee right now intravenously!
ReplyDeleteI'm the girl who goes out to the bars (both coffee and regular) to socialize--because I can't resist the socializing--and orders... juice. Yup. Juice. There is no better way for a 26-year-old, who already looks 12, to seem childish.
ReplyDeleteI suppose if I wore pigtails in my hair or somehting...
I rarely drink coffee or alcohol, coffee upsets my stomach, and I just don't like the taste of alcohol. I do love babies, but I certainly don't fault anyone who doesn't! Newborns terrified me before I had my own, and I think it's much better to decide not to have kids than to have them anyway and be a terrible parent. Plus, this blarg is quite amusing and I would hope I'm open minded enough to be able to "converse" with people who have different opinions than I do! Your followers keep growing, so keep it up! You must be doing something right :)
ReplyDeleteI'm fourteen so alcohol is kind of out of the question. I drink coffee if I've had a really crappy night where I was awake all night for no reason or whatever. Even then I always have sugar and milk/cream. So my personal drug is Diet Pepsi.
ReplyDeleteMANNNNN two of my favorite things are on your yuck list. There isn't much better than a cup of joe for me, well except, a cup of joe with some liquer in it. But then again I'm a mom with a very young child.....yeah i need some thing to get me through the day LOL.
ReplyDeleteA cup of bacon does sound appitizing...I must have an addictive personality
Anyone who looks down on you for this is just being ridiculous. To each his own!
ReplyDelete(And I'm in the NO BABIES club, too)
*snicker* You are fantastic and I applaud your bravery! I partake in both, though quite pitifully, have much the same result you described. Even ANIMALS can learn, no? Yeah, not this gal. But you entertain the hell outta me and frankly, at the obvious risk of bringing on a restraining order, I would get quite the kick out of picking your brain over imaginary tea. So I say screw "them" and their little dogs too!
ReplyDeleteCoffee gives me the world's biggest migraine.
ReplyDeleteBacon on the other hand? Why a cup of bacon would be wonderful thanks :D

ReplyDeleteI sit here, reading this post while eating potatoes with cheddar and nearly more bacon than potato. No matter what your reason, people who drink think non-drinkers are freaks. I don't drink for 2 reasons - the biggest - it's against my religion, 2 is itself twofold - family history of addiction and truly no desire to drink. Don't worry about those who stopped following you, the world is full of people who think different things, if you unfriend everyone who thinks differently - you'll be alone in a shack in the woods writing a manifesto. We can disagree and still be friends.
ReplyDeleteI'm up for a Cup O' Bacon any time. Chocolate covered bacon is the best. :)
ReplyDeleteYou can't scare me away that easily. I like coffee and an occasional alcoholic beverage but I don't think any less of you because you don't partake. The baby thing was a little weird, but I respect that they are not for everyone. I'm here until you say you don't like puppies either, then I'm out.
ReplyDeleteDon't drink coffee or inkerhoogle, are you some kind of sick commie freak. What about all those porwah farmers in Tenessee (probably incorrect spelling cos I'm Orstrayan) rais'n corn and bareley and such like to make bourbon. Get with the program, have a drink, have a smoke and be just as anti-social as the rest of us.
ReplyDeletePS - You have a seriously sick sense of humor and I love it. Cheers.
I love babies, I have three children, I am very addicted to coffee, I do not drink. I hope these confessions will still allow me to be your follower because I find you so funny and after dealing with three kids and no alchol I really need something! The bacon is a pretty good idea! Thanks for a well needed smile today!
ReplyDeleteHave you ever had maple-glazed bacon???
ReplyDeleteBasically, put bacon on a rack on a cookie sheet. Mound on the brown sugar--just pile it on each piece. Bake at 400 degrees until crispy-ish. It's like bacon candy. Seriously, to die for!!! I might have to go the store and get me some bacon to make it tonight!!! Yummmm...
I love the smell of coffee but I can't stand the taste, and while I will drink a martini or two occasionally, I HATE beer and wine. This does make it hard to be traditionally social, but I am lucky to have friends that make it work. You are not alone!!
ReplyDeleteI like coffee, I don't like bacon, I'm on the fence about alcohol .
ReplyDeleteI will not pro-create by choice.
I found your blog last month. I think you're funny. Your art inspires as well.
If you went all crazy religiious on a daily basis I'd probably quit reading but that might crack me up too.
i love coffee though excessive amounts of alcohol and my innards take on a life of their own so no more of that...but cannot survive without my coffee most days lol
ReplyDeleteAfter a careful examination, the doctor said I wouldn't be able to have any children. There may still be hope for my wife.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE coffee and I almost feel sorry for you for not being able to enjoy it! Alcohol, on the other hand, I find totally unnecessary. You're not a freak. Just missing out on some amazing caffeine highs!
ReplyDeleteCoffee, Ugh!!! Reproduction is not central to happiness. My daughter has chosen not to have to children and I respect her decision. She's a vegetarian and doesn't drink coffee, tea, or alcohol. It's a wise individual that knows how to make a choice that is right for them.
ReplyDeleteThey were selling bacon brownies in our supermarket last week. I resisted.
Don't like coffee, have no desire to drink alcohol; although I don't mind a cup of tea now and again. I also don't really like bacon. (Shocking, isn't it?)
ReplyDeleteI would, however, take you up on the cup of candy offer...
crazywriter-kate.blogspot.com
I wish more people didn't drink alcohol. Then I wouldn't have had to lend my little green machine to my friend who puke all over the inside of her car.
ReplyDeletei love me some coffee, but if it made me sick i wouldn't want to drink it, either. same w/ alcohol. i sometimes have A drink of something yummy alcoholic, but i don't "drink" because it makes me feel ooky, and what fun is that? i'd much rather have a diet pepsi & be able to walk a straight line and keep my dinner down. : )
ReplyDeleteppl really left cuz you said you don't want to have kids? wow...i mean, just wow. it's not like you said THEY shouldn't have kids... eep!
Hmmm...while neither this nor the baby hater blog has convinced me to un-follow you (though, in all honesty the baby thing freaked me out and this is just a whatever-ain't-no-big-thing), I was struck by an inspired nudge whilst reading this...
ReplyDeleteWhile you don't know this about me, I am rather known for my clairvoyant type dreams, and since I recently had several alien dreams, one of which was of how they are turning humans into unsuspecting alien pods by implanting themselves into our bodies, I must say that there is a strong possibility that there is something to my theory that perhaps you have been *inhabited*, but don't worry. Could be fun. Right?
The best part of the last freaky dream was that in order to remain undetected the aliens would make their human host do something absurd. They thought it was some kind of cover-up or something.
Shows how much they really understand the human race, doesn't it?
Love your blog.
Frankly, coffee is my favorite food group (in my world, everybody gets to elect one food and make it their personal food group - coffee is mine). But I don't drink, myself...so I totally understand the 'I don't want to go out for drinks' thing. Question though...: is that you don't want to not imbibe in what other people are there for (the drinks or the coffee) or that you don't like hanging out with amped up or drunk folk?
ReplyDeleteBacon, I'm with you there - and considering my heritage is Jewish, you know I get some looks for munching happily on my ration of rashers!
About babies, I don't get the bias, though I know it's out there. John Stewart was interviewed by Rachel Maddow a month or so (more?) now and John Stewart said he thought there was a much bigger divide than rich-versus-poor: parents and non parents (or) those with families and those who have no families. I totally agree...of course having a rancid case of non-family and no kids or hubby, I would! Listen, you're okay in my book unless you make me eat egg whites or slimy okra. Then we part company!
@carmar76- Yup, totally ditched, at least 6 of them. I had lost only one follower before that, about 3 months ago. I'm obsessive, I notice these things.
ReplyDelete@Boots - They just don't invite me out because they know I don't drink their favorite potables.
And I'm Jewish too, but everyone has learned to leave me and my bacon alone. Heh.
I will never touch alcohol. I'm undecided about procreation. (Not about its existence. I'm pretty sure it's real. I mean about whether I want to contribute or not.) Anywho, a cup of bacon sounds amazing.
ReplyDeleteHow about bacon flavored popcorn (saw it at the store today) in a cup?!
ReplyDeleteNo worries here. I drink coffee (heavily diluted) because it's free at work. I like alcohol but I never have time to drink it, having 4 kids at home. However, since you're sharing stuff that freaks people out, here's one for you: I don't watch TV.
ReplyDeleteFunny, I am a coffeeholic, but one of my best friends doesn't drink coffee at all. He drinks Pepsi. Like it was coffee.
ReplyDeleteAnd I usually ask friends to go out to lunch or dinner, not out to the bar. You're ok in my book!
mywarpedworld.blogspot.com
0) My link is http://perpetuallyashley.blogspot.com and you should totally follow me, because I totally followed you even after reading all the stuff about not procreating and the stuff about babies being evil, and even though I know you don't like coffee or alcohol. I forgive you. In fact, I think I love you.
ReplyDelete1) I absolutely concur with you: I cannot drink coffee myself. I knew this before, but one day, trying to be part of the "group" that was talking at my internship, I filled my cup with some coffee and enough creamer and sugar to cover the flavour (or so I thought...) and still couldn't tolerate it. I took one sip and the rest went down the drain.
2) It's not that I can't tolerate alcohol, it's just that it takes a high amount to get me sufficiently and satisfactorily drunk. Then, when I have had that much, I feel like I've had 2 gallons of water at a time, no drunkenness. It's also very bitter and makes me feel like my mouth and/or throat are on fire. Unless it's a strawberry margarita or something girly like that. Then you can give me as many of those as you want. Mixed drinks are cool.
3) I actually joined after your declaration that you would not procreate, so you didn't lose me as a follower :D
4) I actually kind of really don't think it would really be a good idea for me to procreate anyway. I have bad genetics. Diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease run in the family. I also have bipolar and borderline, and the former is highly genetic. I would feel eternally guilty and pained if I were to feel like I GAVE a person these problems. To feel like I led a child into this world and gave them these problems would be so awful! I don't know that I'd be able to handle it. I am also highly medicated, and would have to quit the medication for the duration of the pregnancy. An unmedicated bipolar and borderline person is not exactly a great person to be around. Not to mention I saw in the news a woman who tried to kill herself, but didn't succeed, the baby died, and now she's being charged with murder (feticide). Nope, can't do it. Can't go 9 months unmedicated, can't pass on the genetic stuff, and really wouldn't want to force a child to live with my mood swings anyway, even though I love kids, even though kids adore me (OPC- other people's children). So, for different reasons, I've decided I probably shouldn't procreate either.
5) By the way, I love your blarg, and I now follow. You write great, and you always add a little dose of humour somewhere. I'm probably being a blog whore when I say this, but I don't have a lot of followers yet, and I want people to follow!!!! Follow me!!! Please!!!! /end begging and pleading for people to follow.
PS I would love to go out for a cup of bacon. Well, I don't know if a cup would be enough. Maybe a few. And I'd have to take some to my sister, because she is devoted to bacon. Bacon and chicken. I love chicken too. I also love chocolate. However, I don't know how I would react to bacon and chocolate together. Maybe bacon, then chocolate. *drool*
ReplyDeleteAlcohol tastes like death anyway. Coffee, however, I don't know if I'll be able to overlook. I shall try.
ReplyDeleteI don't drink alcohol either -- it's the result of very conservative parents and a very conservative husband. I don't necessarily abstain for the same reasons they do, but out of respect for them, and also because of the guilt that ensues if drink (due to years of inculcation) and also frankly, alcohol just doesn't taste that great, unless its completely diluted with juice and syrup flavors. And then what's the point, really? And what is the point, if getting drunk is not a good idea, then why drink at all? Why take the risk? Maybe that's ignorance talking. Maybe. Oh, and I love coffee but I sure don't mind if other people don't :) I'm here to stay, JRose.
ReplyDeleteI have an intolerance to bacon, love coffee (see also coffee I.V.), alcohol brings out the wild in me so it's a lil dab'l do me...I can't have babies, want one more than you could know...jeez...ya don't make it easy on a girl do ya?! I had thought perhaps this would be a blarg at first site type o' scenario...*sigh*...back to the drawing board ya go! ;)
ReplyDeleteCup of Bacon sounds like my dream drink, I don't drink Coffee either but in Ireland that isn't a huge thing, I however don't drink Tea which most Irish find almost offensive lol.
ReplyDeleteGuess what! I don't drink coffee or alcohol either! :) This is probably going to sound really lame, but I think they both taste really bad.
ReplyDelete~TRA
http://xtheredangelx.blogspot.com
I'm not a huge fan of either as well. I don't like the taste of coffee or alcohol. Or pizza for some reason.
ReplyDeleteI guess that makes me a bigger freak!
As for the babies thing, I think they're adorable and I would like one of my own someday, but it doesn't bother me in the least that you don't. Who am I to judge?
The "you" that you are is pretty awesome, so I say keep up the good work!
http://fightlikeacow.blogspot.com/
I drink. Booze and coffee.
ReplyDeleteI have children (and grandchildren) whom I adore.
I eat bacon, and any kind of candy I can get.
And I smoke cigarettes, to boot!
I'm probably gonna die young. Whoops! Too late.
If you don't want me to follow you because of MY freakishness, well, too bad, because I am addicted to this blog, too.
So there.
I'm with you on the coffee and alcohol. And it's never a bad time for bacon. Last Christmas, I made DARK CHOCOLATE covered bacon and it was the best thing I ever tasted! Fortunaely, everyone else in my life thought it was a disgusting idea, and I got to eat it all myself.
ReplyDeleteI very, very occasionally can tolerate a child in my presence. The vast majority of the time, I believe that upon birth, children should be taken to a place far away from normal people. They should be raised there and only introduced to society when they can function without pissing me off.
ReplyDeleteNot liking kids doesn't make me (or you) a bad person. Good riddance to those who think otherwise! :)
Knowing that you worry about followers I have wanted to tell you this for a while, but was a little embarrassed, but since today is all about admitting out freaky aversions: I read your blog every day and love it...but I can't follow you because I refuse to join social media.
ReplyDeleteAlso I am a dirty dirty baby hater as well, I don't drink coffee (when asked out to coffee by friends I go early and order hot chocolate and pretend I drink coffee), I don't drink alcohol either, and I am vegetarian...but I love candy!!!
@ Carol...
ReplyDeleteI swear you sound EXACTLY like my Aunt Carol. I burst into laughter and had to comment on your comment. If I thought my aunt was capable of finding a blog (or blarg), let alone commenting on one, I'd swear you were her.
@Laena - thank you! I'm taking that as a compliment! :)
ReplyDeleteI just turned 35 last week, but about two years ago I told my friend that when I finally buy a house, I want a corner lot and a deep, shaded porch. She said, "Oh, that sounds nice." I said, "Yeah, that way I can yell at all the neighborhood kids for cutting across my grass and they won't even know I'm there."
I'm a grumpy old man in a (relatively) young woman's body, and I love it!!! :)
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw your blarg you had just posted "When food attacks". It was the cute drawing that caught my attention, plus the timing was somewhat serendipitous as I am personally doing some food allergy detective work to find out what my body is trying to tell me.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I looked around your site more and thought....wow, this person is really funny and creative! So, I follow....each day, I anticipate reading your next blog and yes, I read all of the comments that people post!
I usually don't do the comment thing....but today, I feel compelled to tell you that I think your blarg is awesome. It is probably because I can SO relate to this particular post. Every being is different, that's what makes us interesting and that's why we are called individuals....I think it is good to weed out anyone or anything that tries to take that away from us...if we were all the same, how fun would life be? and what would be the point of trying to get to know each other?
I am childless by choice, I love kids, and I think there should be some sort of test or licensing process before anyone is allowed to procreate. I am vegetarian that sometimes eats bacon just because it tastes good. I drink coffee, but have found that cheep coffee makes my tummy unhappy so I have become a "coffee snob" and will only drink high quality coffee. I drink alcohol on occasion but I can't stand to be around drunk people.....and most of the time I'd prefer vanilla over chocolate.
Thank you for your blarg!!! It makes me happy!!!!
Liana
Yeeks! sorry about the deleted comment above my comment...I hit a wrong key!!....this is why I usually don't post comments!! lol
ReplyDeleteCoffee and I have the exact same relationship.
ReplyDeleteI do, however, drink tea. Many cups a day. Especially at work. I believe I've managed to develop a caffeine addiction without drinking coffee. :(
Guess what! I don't drink coffee or alcohol either! I've had alcohol maybe six times in my life? I'm 20, I should be drinking every weekend! But nooo way! And coffee? I had it twice. Once, I was in grade 12 and I made coffee at work. It was disgusting. Second time, my boyfriend had a triple triple coffee and I took a sip of it. Not bad. But too much milk and sugar! Hah! I don't mind flavoured coffee (cappuccinos and whatnot) but I usually don't drink them anyway.
ReplyDeleteI love water! :)
Everywhere I go, teenagers always trying to get me to buy them bacon.
ReplyDelete"Oh mayn, I feeel wurzy. Toooo many murgs o' backon..."
ReplyDeleteMisspellings intentional for humorous effect.
I love you guys! Let's get drunk and make babies! (see what I did there? =P)
ReplyDeleteI now have a new favorite dish... Cup o' Bacon with candy on the side. And you are not abnormal... My best friend drinks neither coffee nor alcohol and doesn't have any sort of allergy (except maybe an allergy to really bad decisions in the case of alcohol). He socializes and is well liked - well mostly... there are those few that think all the tattoos make him funny looking :)
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm worse than you! I don't drink coffee, alcohol, or eat bacon. (I'm a veggie.)
ReplyDeleteWould you like to go out for a cup of bacon?
ReplyDeletehahhaha, oh thats good.
ReplyDeleteyou know, im very glad i found your blog, i mean blarg. its quite funny, and makes me laugh, and i love to laugh.
just so you know..... i think brianne, over at here we are, would most definitely invite you over for a cup of bacon. and if you invited her, she would readily accept!
case in point: http://www.therewebe.com/2011/04/bacon-also-fleck-cooper-and-clem.html
I will totally hang out and chat with you over a cup of bacon. I love bacon! I will say I do drink coffee but not for the social aspect, I drink it for the caffeine aspect. As for alcohol, I have had one bottle of beer and I don't agree with drinking for the social aspect either. I mean yes some conversations call for a class of wine, but to make a thing out of it just seems wrong to me. I can't really explain it. I guess I just don't find a point to it, it's not good for you and it's not like you can't talk over a smoothie or lemonade or sweet tea. I wish there were more people like us out there :D
ReplyDeleteCup of bacon? Yes, please...extra crispy! And you don't need coffee-or alcohol. You are perfectly hilarious without them!
ReplyDeleteI drink alcohol and coffee....yum, bacon not so much..and I have four kids which is like 20 now a days..BUT, we can still be friends:)I love your blog...I mean blarg...people really left your blarg for not wanting to pass a baby through your vagina? My opinion is if you know you dnt want any, then your a better person for not having any...I on the other hand said I didn't want any, then got pregnant at 17...I guess I never knew I did (wanted kids)..lol (four times over) and just in case you wanted to know..I've pist-off most of my in-laws with my Thirty on Mom blog...so please blarg on, love reading your post.
ReplyDeleteI think alcohol is generally a giant waste of money. Just compare the lives of people around you who consume a large percentage of their disposable income on alcohol, drugs and tobacco versus those who don't.
ReplyDeleteAs far as losing followers, you will always have people who stop by to read you for a little while and then move on. Its truly a global optimization game being in the entertainment industry and the passive competion of the sheer number of internet sites available, to present yourself out to the world and have them come by for a visit. Just keep on being creative and people will keep stopping by for content. When you write and its the main thing you do that truly gives you pleasure and seems to make life meaningful then people can tell and writing just becomes easier and natural.
I admire your honesty in revealing the fact that you don't partake in certain social norms. It's unfortunate that people can take it so personally when you reveal aspects of yourself. They really shouldn't let that impact whether they enjoy your blog or not. Which I do. So keep not drinking coffee and alcohol and I'll keep reading your great stuff!
ReplyDeleteI know how you feel about awesome foods making you sick. I can't drink coffee in public b/c I'll only drink it w/cream and sugar, but I can't have dairy, so I have to have rice milk... Anyway it makes it super complicated to go out w/friends for coffee. And I can't drink alcohol w/bubbles in it. Or normal alcohol and a bubbly beverage. But sometimes, it's better to feel a little left out than be super sick, right?
ReplyDeleteTry this: I can't eat any dairy, right? When was the last time you got fast food w/o cheese? Now that's lame :( (By which I guess I mean I'm lame...)
@Lu, to make you feel better, I can't eat bread either or anything leavened for the most part... if you stalk my profile, you can see my other blog that has a list of all the foods I actually can't eat. It borders on silly... but alas, it does keep me from being super sick all the time.
ReplyDeleteI don't drink coffee that often because it makes me spastic like a 6 year old on Red Bull and makes me stay up for 36 hours straight. And then I don't drink alcohol at all because I have this evil liver that's hates me. But it bugs the piss out of me when people say crap like "You're such a good sport for coming out with us even though you can't drink." Pssshh... suckers. Like I need liquor to be AWESOME! Muahahaha...
ReplyDeleteUgh if I was gonna leave it would be because I'm way jealous of you. You r too funny. My husband and I don't want kids either. It's such a nightmare dodging those conversations. How silly that 6 people left over that. That would be half my followers right there. LOL I hope they don;t see me confessing over here. I used to drink alcohol but it gives me the worst heartburn, and same with coffee, although my pee smells delicious. N E Ways u r awesome. So is bacon.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI like both, but I like you, too, and don't require you to conform to my personal pattern of consumption of not-healthy beverages. That being said, if you start writing about toasting your successes with the blood of kittens or something of the sort, we'll have to have a talk.
ReplyDeleteIf you really want a cup of bacon, go to Denny's they're having baconalia which includes a bacon ice-cream sundae.
ReplyDeletehttp://articles.boston.com/2010-12-29/recipe/29302026_1_bacon-sticks-brown-sugar
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome...
I would ask you out for a cup of tea. Or a slice of pie. Or I would invite you over to my house and cook you a meal. That is social and nice at the same time.
ReplyDelete
