Which is exactly why I refer to my hot cocoa cookbook when making hot cocoa. I do not want to inadvertantly blow up the universe.

I've been thinking that I need to make hot cocoa with milk and then pour it over ice. With some butterscotch schnapps. I think it would taste different than your traditional chocolate milk. Because ideally, it would be made with real chocolate instead of Hershey's Syrup.
