Valentine's Cards: Set Two- From Your Unromantic Boyfriend

My next set of Valentines are what you would get if your boyfriend/husband could really get you the card he wanted to... that was based on an action movie. Or the ones that I would get you, because I like classic action movies, despite having a vagina.

I have been thinking for days, "Damn it JRose, you should post something... just post SOMETHING!" but the problem is, everything I draw or try to write comes out like poop. Not out of my butt, I mean it looks like/reads like crap. There are reasons, but never mind that now, never mind that. As soon as I can produce something worth looking at/reading, you guys will be the first to know. In the meantime:

New year, new sticker, old image, because really, my drawing ability is broken...not kidding, but the picture is different, at least. As are the rules. There are only 50 of these limited edition stickers, but I will sell them until they are gone. Each is about 3.75" x 3.7".  Printed on sticker paper, by me. Cut by hand (that means it might not be Stakenblochen). Sent first class via USPS (shipping is included).

The final piece for Cheeseblarg Takes Manhattan is done, and I have waited to share it until now because I wanted to post the news that I was putting it on Threadless so that hopefully it can be made into a T-shirt that will get me paid so I can stop bitching about money all the time. Please, go vote. Make everyone you know vote. Everyone wants me to shut the hell up about money and this would be a start.

I also find it strange that I consistently typo the word SHIRT as SHIT.  It is like typing Tourette's.

April Fools!

I hate practical jokes and as a result, I am not terribly fond of April Fool's Day. For the most part, I don't want to lie to people or trick them and make them feel stupid, because I am a wiener who is too sensitive according to my family members, but I do like to act like an idiot so here is my favorite April Fool's activity.
It works quite nicely on Facebook. It goes like this:

Friend: Had a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. NOM!
Me: HAHA, VERY FUNNY! April fool's right?! YOU GOT ME! Good one!

The secret is to pick something that in no way, at all, could be meant as an April fool's joke. Something bland and innocuous and tada, instant hilarity!

Note-This is not appropriate for announcements of deaths, really. My family, thankfully, was wise enough to hold off on telling us that my grandma died last year on April 1st, because they are all a bunch of jokers (hence why I am probably averse to being tricked) and I totally wouldn't have believed them.

It's a Gas, Gas, Gas!

Gas-X is one of the best over-the-counter medicines in the history of medicines. I say this mainly because gas pain is one of the most excruciating, yet harmless conditions ever.  If you're gonna have that much pain, your entire intestinal tract should be rupturing spectacularly, you shouldn't just need to fart.

Perhaps that should be an ad for their product: Gas-X, it takes away that "gored by a velociraptor" feeling!
